I worked on Tourism New Zealand as the lead UX and designer for two and a half years working collaboratively with a strategist, project managers, eight developers as well as Tourism stakeholders and their digital team. My role consisted of conducting research with appropriate deliverables and inputs, prototyping, user testing and optimisation, running workshops, stake holder presentations, brand development, design and senior support.
The Tourism website is a multi market / language site with personalisation and a design system that feeds into the family brand. It is maintained via a custom built modular CMS to allow for a content first design. The site is both responsive and adaptive depending on the module used on the page.
