We set about developing a browser based interface specifically designed for the AA Insurance claims system starting from getting a quote to ensure your car / house through to picking up a repaired car from the workshop. The system is used in call centre staff all the way through to the customer manager and quality repairer.

Research was undertaken to determine process which included listening in on the call centres and interviews. Wireframes were drafted and prototypes were tested on real staff where the system was further refined on the basis of that testing.
